James Douglas Middle East is recruiting an AVP - AI & Process Automation to lead enterprise-wide AI and automation initiatives across the family office and portfolio companies. Reporting to the CEO, this on-site role in Ras Al Khaimah requires close collaboration with IT, operations and finance to achieve measurable benefits.

Qualifikationen

10+ years in enterprise technology/transformation with hands-on AI delivery.
Proven production deployments of AI/automation use cases.
English fluency at professional level.

Aufgaben

Prioritize AI/automation initiatives with measurable ROI and business sponsorships.
Prototype, deploy and govern GenAI/LLMs, RPA, and document processing solutions; ensure integration with enterprise systems.
Lead cross-functional workshops, adoption, and governance for scalable production services.
Deliver 3–5 live, adopted use cases within six months, data-ready and budget-approved.
Monitor, audit and hand over solutions to business/process owners.
