Job summary

GAL Global Aerospace Logistics in Abu Dhabi is seeking an Avionics Technician specialized in Bell 407 aircraft. The role focuses on inspecting, repairing, troubleshooting, and testing aircraft electrical systems in accordance with applicable technical publications and UAE regulations.

The technician will also complete maintenance records, ensuring proper documentation of activities, and will provide on-the-job training to customer trainees to enable gradual full capability in self-sufficient

Responsibilities

• Perform inspection, repair, troubleshooting, and testing of aircraft and equipment electrical systems in accordance with applicable technical publications, applicable regulations, and company and local policies and procedures.
• Complete all forms, records, and documents recording aircraft maintenance activities in accordance with DA PAM 738-751, applicable technical publications, applicable regulations, and company and local policies and procedures.
• Impart the knowledge of duties and responsibilities in such a manner to permit assimilation into the workforce; the final aim is to enable the customer's technicians to attain gradual full capacity to carry out self-sufficient aircraft electrical repair capability.
• Carry out all assigned tasks by the Supervisor in support of the maintenance team and unit operations.

Overview
