Job summary

Dubai Civil Aviation Authority seeks an experienced Senior Safety Compliance Manager to ensure the effectiveness and continual improvement of aviation safety management systems. You will lead quality assurance, monitor compliance, coordinate audits, and support executive decision-making with accurate reporting and governance alignment.

Responsibilities include audit planning, safety data analysis, and producing executive dashboards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Safety or related field.
• Master’s degree is an added advantage.
• Relevant certifications in ICAO SMS and quality management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Safety Quality Assurance and Compliance Monitoring.
• Review SMS effectiveness across all sector units.
• Ensure adherence to local and federal aviation laws.
• Plan, execute, and follow up internal audits.
• Develop safety performance reports and dashboards.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors.
• Provide executive reporting and governance documentation.
