Job summary

Dubai Civil Aviation Authority is seeking a senior role to lead safety quality assurance, compliance monitoring, audits, and safety data reporting within the Aviation Safety & Environment Sector. You will coordinate with internal and external auditors, manage governance documentation, and drive continuous improvement across all units.

The position requires 14+ years in aviation safety/governance, with executive reporting experience and knowledge of ICAO/GCAA frameworks.

Qualifications

• Requires strong experience in executive reporting, audit follow-up, governance documentation and cross-unit coordination.

Responsibilities

• Safety Quality Assurance & Compliance Monitoring: Review SMS effectiveness and adherence to safety laws; close findings and coordinate audits.
• Audit Planning, Execution & Follow-up: Design annual internal audit plan; monitor findings and ensure corrective actions; coordinate with auditors.
