Job summary

Air Arabia seeks a seasoned product leader to own the product discovery lifecycle, shaping concepts in line with commercial goals. You will approve artefact roadmaps, budgets, pricing, and ensure delivery of engaging aviation products meeting user expectations.

With 12–15 years in product management or related fields, you will guide SCRUM teams, manage backlogs, and collaborate across business and UX to deliver continuous value and strong performance in a fast-paced airline environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in technical engineering, computer science, mathematics or equivalent.
Certified Scrum Master, PSPO or CSPO is a plus.
PMP and PRINCE II certifications are an added value.
Strong technical background with knowledge of software development.
Thorough understanding of UI/UX design.
Strong analytical and synthesis skills; translate data into actions.
Comfortable using collaboration tools such as Slack and JIRA.

Responsibilities

Accountable for the product discovery lifecycle and backlog management; ensure alignment with commercial objectives.
Guide the development team at each sprint; remove roadblocks and ensure timely delivery.
Ensure stories are ready before sprint start with clear acceptance criteria.
Collaborate with Product Manager to prioritize backlog and match client needs.
Bridge business and development teams to deliver continuous value.
Review visual designs produced by the UX team.
Monitor performance, escalate deviations, and drive continuous improvement.
Represent the company in client meetings; solicit product feedback regularly.
