axevragroupcompany in Dubai is seeking a Product Development Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of our product offerings from concept to market launch, collaborating with engineering, marketing and sales to align with business goals.

The ideal candidate has a relevant degree and 3–5 years in product management, strong knowledge of agile, and excellent communication skills to drive initiatives in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Computer Science.
3–5 years of product management or development experience.
Proven track record of launching products end-to-end.
Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Fluency in English; additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end product development, on-time delivery and budget adherence.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for product innovation.
Translate business strategy into actionable product roadmaps and technical specifications.
Foster collaboration between design, development, and QA teams to maintain high-quality standards.
Manage the product backlog, prioritize features, and facilitate agile development ceremonies.
Monitor product performance metrics post-launch and iterate based on user feedback.
Prepare comprehensive project reports and present findings to executive leadership.
