Job summary

Fly One FZE in Sharjah is seeking an experienced Procurement Specialist with an aviation background to join our team. You will manage aircraft parts procurement, supplier evaluation, and purchase orders to ensure timely deliveries.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of relevant procurement experience, aviation knowledge, and strong negotiation and communication skills to coordinate with Engineering, Maintenance, Stores, and Finance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Procurement, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Aviation experience is highly preferred, particularly in aircraft maintenance or MRO.
• 2–3 years of relevant procurement experience.
• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and procurement systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement of aircraft parts, materials, tools, equipment, and general company needs.
• Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate prices, maintain supplier relationships.
• Request and compare quotations; ensure competitive pricing and delivery timelines.
• Prepare and process purchase orders and follow up on deliveries.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Maintenance, Stores, Finance, and other departments.
