Job summary

Emirates Group in Dubai seeks a Work Place Coach to prepare new joiners for immediate, effective performance. You will design coaching aligned with SOPs, deliver practical onboarding, and guide learners through safety standards and productivity benchmarks.

Collaborating with L&T teams and SMEs, you’ll ensure consistent coaching, track progress, and continuously enhance onboarding materials to promote operational excellence and compliance.

Qualifications

• 12 years of schooling or equivalent.
• 4+ years in Airport Operations, SkyCargo, or airline industry.
• Coaching and mentoring aligned with SOPs and compliance.
• Strong communication and relationship-building across functions.
• Excellent organisation and onboarding experience.
• Ability to work with L&T teams and SMEs to embed SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver coaching initiatives aligned with Emirates SOPs.
• Provide practical onboarding experiences meeting operational requirements.
• Guide new joiners through learning journey with safety standards and productivity goals.
• Collaborate with SMEs to ensure consistent on-job coaching.
• Track development and provide feedback to optimise performance and compliance.
• Standardise coaching materials for scalable onboarding.
• Promote safe work practices and bridge classroom to real-world application.
