Job summary

Global Aerospace Logistics, LLC seeks a Team Lead - Aviation Maintenance to manage the day-to-day operations of the maintenance department under the Operations Manager, ensuring compliance with OEM, FAA, EASA, TAMMS-A, and company regulations.

The role covers maintenance planning, scheduling, training, staffing, and performance oversight across maintenance teams to guarantee airworthiness and timely aircraft availability.

Qualifications

• Must have strong knowledge of FAA and EASA regulations.
• Experience with aircraft maintenance programs and records management.
• Able to lead and develop maintenance staff and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Manages maintenance department day-to-day operations.
• Oversees inspection procedures, maintenance practices, standards and records.
• Coordinates training and ensures staff are qualified on new aircraft models.
• Ensures airworthiness standards per regulations, manuals and directives.
• Directs phase inspections, modifications, and repairs when Manager absent.
• Maintains liaison with Production Control and Team Leads to report status and forecast downtime.
