Job summary

AtkinsRéalis seeks a Project Director to lead delivery of complex aviation and industrial programmes in Al Ain, UAE. You will direct design management, project management and construction supervision, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders to ensure safe, on-time and within-budget delivery.

The role requires strong aviation facility experience, client liaison, governance and digital delivery leadership, including BIM and integrated project controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or related discipline.
• Minimum 12–15 years of experience in project management and delivery.
• Strong experience delivering aviation, industrial, manufacturing, logistics or MRO projects.
• Demonstrated experience managing multidisciplinary teams and complex stakeholder environments.
• Excellent communication, leadership and client management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects across full lifecycle from concept to handover.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across engineering, design, construction and commercial.
• Interface between clients, consultants, contractors and internal delivery teams.
• Provide leadership to project teams to achieve milestones and objectives.
• Support governance, reporting, risks and change control processes.
