Job summary

Xebia in Abu Dhabi seeks a Forward Deployed AI Engineer with 4+ years of hands-on GenAI/LLM experience. You will own end-to-end AI solutions, sit with stakeholders to define the problem, and design, build, deploy and run enterprise-grade AI agents for aviation outcomes.

Expect hands-on coding, tool integration, and secure, scalable deployment across the stack. You will collaborate with a Business Product Owner and an AI Value Architect to shape reusable patterns and drive responsible-AI

Qualifications

• 3+ years building production-grade software with GenAI/LLMs.
• Hands-on agentic AI engineering with tool calling and orchestration.
• Experience connecting agents to tools, APIs and data in MCP context.
• Cloud deployment, containers, and enterprise integrations.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, deploy and run agentic AI applications for aviation uses.
• Create MCP-based integrations to backend systems and tools.
• Implement RAG pipelines with embedding and vector search.
• Ensure security, governance, observability and cost controls.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define problem, then deliver end-to-end.
