Job summary

DC Aviation Al Futtaim in Dubai is seeking a Flight Dispatch / Key Account Executive to act as the primary interface for clients and coordinate flight requests with OCC, Crew Planning and Maintenance. The role combines client-facing duties with dispatch responsibilities to ensure smooth operations.

The successful candidate will report to the Director, Ground Operations and hold a UAE GCAA Dispatcher License, with excellent English and strong communication skills to manage multiple stakeholders

Qualifications

• High School Certificate.
• Experience in aviation in a similar role essential.
• Valid UAE GCAA Dispatcher License.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Act as the key interface between the customer and all relevant departments in the company.
• Respond to customer inquiries and issues by phone and email in a timely manner.
• Coordinate flight requests from the owner with OCC, Crew Planning and Maintenance.
• Coordinate with OCC for operational flights, including visa requests for crew.
• Coordinate maintenance schedules with the owner and liaise with Finance on invoicing.
• Communicate proactively with internal and external customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Dispatch all DCAF managed aircrafts according to UAE GCAA CAR OPS, including shift duties.
