Etihad Airways is seeking a Digital Analytics professional to tackle high-value analytical problems across Digital & eCommerce. You will analyze and visualize Etihad’s digital data, collaborating with multiple teams and reporting to the Digital Analytics Manager and Digital Engagement Senior Manager.

You will develop skills in analytics methods and stay current with industry-leading capabilities, becoming a go-to expert within the analytics team while driving insights across the business.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 4 years of digital analytics, reporting and database management experience.
• Degree in CS, Statistics, IT or related field; analytics qualifications are a plus.
• Proven track record of digital analytic models and reporting.
• Ability to use data to drive decision-making and manage multiple projects.

Aufgaben

• Analyze requirements and design solutions to problems.
• Execute complex ad-hoc analyses using analytics toolkit and derive insights.
• Summarize and visualize results for business translators.
• Maintain documentation repository including methodology.
• Identify automation opportunities and guide priorities for development.
• Develop proficiency with Adobe, Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI and related tools.
• Specialize in key analytics disciplines and share expertise with the team.
