Job summary

Etihad Airways is seeking a digital analytics professional to tackle high-value analytical problems across the Digital & eCommerce team. The role reports to the Digital Analytics Manager and collaborates with multiple departments to extract insights from Etihad's data resources.

You will develop skills in analytics, visualization and problem-solving, staying current with industry-leading capabilities and driving data-driven decision making across the organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in digital analytics, reporting and database management and/or Data Science models used in commercial/digital processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Information Technology or related field.
• Proven track record of managing successful digital analytical models and reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making.
• Good project management skills with ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements and identify or design the solution to a problem.
• Execute complex, ad-hoc analyses utilizing Etihad's wider analytical toolkit proactively for insights.
• Summarize/visualize results and highlight insights for the business translator to develop.
• Maintain documentation repository of solutions, including methodology.
• Identify opportunities for automation and improvements; prioritize for development.
• Develop and maintain proficiency with Adobe, Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI and other tools.
• Become the go-to expert in one or more analytical disciplines and coach peers.
