Job summary

Bombardier is establishing a new Abu Dhabi Service Center at Al Bateen Executive Airport. The role focuses on leading customer-facing project management for the aircraft maintenance portfolio, coordinating quotes, invoices, and work packages, and driving on-time delivery while controlling costs.

Relocation to Abu Dhabi is required, UAE Nationals encouraged to apply, and GCC regulatory knowledge is a plus. The position supports regional aftermarket activities across the Middle East.

• Minimum 5 years experience in aircraft maintenance or equivalent

• Adhere to Bombardier General Work Requirements.
• Serve as customer primary point-of-contact coordinating quotes, invoices, progress updates and warranty issues.
• Perform Project Management for multiple aircraft including risk identification and schedule control.
• Execute and maintain schedule through delivery, monitor workflow, and ensure budget adherence.
• Lead status meetings and coordinate with Planning, Invoicing and Materials.
• Review and sign final customer invoices, including margin analysis and SVO revisions.
• Post-work-follow-up with customers to resolve issues after departure.
• Support meeting facility financial objectives by managing DPRs and terms.
