Job summary

GAL Global Aerospace Logistics in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Technical Inspector to perform compliance inspections on maintenance and servicing activities in line with approved technical data and local instructions.

You will track Safety & Compliance KPIs, identify skill gaps, recommend trainings, and provide guidance to management and workforce while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely corrective actions and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Performs compliance inspections on maintenance and servicing activities to ensure conformance with approved data and local instructions.
• Tracks and analyzes Safety & Compliance KPIs to assure quality and regulatory standards are met.
• Identifies compliance and safety skill gaps and recommends training to close gaps.
• Provides guidance to GAL management and workforce on compliance matters.
• Initiates investigations and follows up on corrective actions to ensure issues are resolved.
