Job summary

The Emirates Group is seeking a Tenancy Contract Support Officer in Dubai to manage office and warehouse tenancies within the dnata Cargo ecosystem. The role focuses on analyzing tariffs, updating contracts, and coordinating with multiple departments to ensure compliance and efficiency.

You will handle budgets, supplier coordination, and compliance with safety standards while supporting tariff and contract documentation across landside and airside operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4–6 years in airline industry, contract management and facilities management.
• Proficient written and spoken English.
• Strong interpersonal skills for internal/external stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and numerical abilities.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to industry changes.
• Strong safety awareness and compliance with safety standards.
• Administrative experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Comply with safety, quality, and environmental policies and procedures.
• Execute day-to-day tasks and ensure conformity with standards.
• Manage new requests, renewals, and terminations of office and warehouse tenancies at dnata Freight Gates.
• Coordinate with internal departments, Maintenance Coordinator, and subcontractors for customer satisfaction.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of systems, processes, and cost reduction.
• Analyse tariffs and recommend new pricing packages for airside and landside terminals.
• Use systems to access accurate tariff and contract information.
• Arrange automation of manual services and coordinate system updates/UAT.
• Coordinate with Finance, Revenue, and Operations to follow procedures and address issues.
• Prepare Standard Ground Handling Agreements, Lease Agreements, and Cargo Tariffs and related queries.
