Job summary

TradesApp is seeking a Technical Support professional to assist in the testing and operation of autonomous vehicles, collaborating closely with R&D and Quality Assurance teams.

You will provide operational technical support for vehicle software/version updates, testing scenarios, routes and stop configurations while helping ensure daily testing schedules can be successfully delivered.

Qualifications

• Relevant technical background in automotive, engineering, IT or a related field.
• Experience supporting technical testing, QA, R&D or vehicle operations is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of software and technology-based systems.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with R&D and QA teams on autonomous vehicle testing activities.
• Provide operational feedback to relevant technical teams.
• Support validation of vehicle version iteration results.
• Assist with setup and configuration of different vehicle testing scenarios.
• Support route and stop configuration requirements for daily testing.
• Ensure technical preparations support daily vehicle testing schedules.
• Coordinate vehicle software/version updates.
• Ensure required vehicle updates are completed in a timely manner.
• Identify and communicate technical or operational issues affecting testing activities.
• Support continuous improvement of autonomous vehicle testing and operational processes.
