Basing in the UAE, you will focus on delivering excellent customer service, managing WIP, and communicating delays and bookings to customers. Requires 3-5 years in automotive service, strong leadership, and digital literacy.

Mansioni

• Receive customers professionally and provide accurate information on service needs.
• Inform Service Advisors of customer needs and record information.
• Ensure excellent customer service and monitor contracts; coordinate with Advisors on delays.
• Organize shuttle service and maintain logs for courtesy cars.
• Handle customer complaints and enforce service-delivery processes.
