Job summary
Saeed & Mohammed Al Naboodah Group in Dubai seeks a senior automotive Product Manager to shape and execute product strategies across models and variants. You will coordinate launches, analyze performance, and align with sales teams on positioning and differentiation.
Responsibilities include market and competitor analysis, product planning cycles, and close collaboration with manufacturers to ensure compelling USP and optimal sell-through for each model variant.
Qualifications
- Experience in automotive industry preferred.
- MBA required.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking.
- Cross-functional collaboration with sales and manufacturing.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement product strategies based on market demand, customer requirements and competitive activity.
- Monitor the performance of each model, variant and trim level.
- Recommend model mix, specifications, features and variant positioning.
- Identify gaps in the current product portfolio and propose new models or variants.
- Support annual and quarterly product planning.
- Lead product planning and coordination for new model launches.
- Prepare product positioning, USP and key selling points.
- Develop detailed product presentations, comparison sheets and sales tools.
- Train sales teams on product features, benefits, technology and competitive advantages.
- Monitor monthly sales performance by model, variant, colour and specification.
