Job summary

Al Tayer Group in Dubai seeks an experienced Stores/Inventory Coordinator to manage parts procurement, stock movement, and store accuracy from port to point of sale. This on-site role requires meticulous record-keeping and timely bin location updates.

You will oversee stock reconciliation, returns, scrap approvals, and perpetual inventory checks, while coordinating fleet scheduling and safe store operations.

Qualifications

• 5 years experience in stores.
• 3 years experience (if holding a tertiary level qualification in stores or inventory management)
• Tertiary level qualification in stores or inventory management

Responsibilities

• Tally physical stock with book balances.
• Receive consignments and check correctness.
• Update stock locations and bin areas.
• Generate SRV and maintain locations.
• Maintain safety, security and health measures.
• Schedule fleet, forklift and other store equipment.
• Ensure timely deliveries to customers.
• Submit local purchase data to Finance monthly.
• Carry out perpetual inventory every fortnight.
• Inspect returns and process scrap/adjustments.
