Job summary

Segula Technologies in the United Arab Emirates seeks an experienced Automotive Lab Sales professional to drive growth by promoting specialized laboratory testing services across Metrology, Mechanical, Climatic/IP, Vibration, and E&E testing to automotive clients.

The role requires a strong technical background, sales acumen, and the ability to manage strategic accounts, build client relationships, and coordinate with R&D lab teams for tailored proposals and successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics or related technical field.
• Minimum 10 years of sales experience in automotive testing lab services, metrology or industrial engineering.
• Strong understanding of testing standards (ISO/IEC, SAE, OEM specs).

Responsibilities

• Promote lab testing services in Metrology, Mechanical Testing, Climatic/IP Testing, Vibration Testing, and E&E testing to automotive clients.
• Identify, qualify, and acquire new clients including OEMs and Tier suppliers and R&D centers.
• Prepare quotations, technical proposals and commercial offers tailored to customer specifications.
• Achieve assigned sales targets through pipeline management and strategic account planning.
• Act as primary interface between customers and R&D lab teams, providing ongoing support.
