Job summary

Q-Express Documents Transport is seeking a dynamic SME Program Manager to drive automation and efficiency across our quick commerce operations. You will identify opportunities, define solutions, and implement them with multiple teams to speed delivery and improve reliability for customers.

You will lead program plans, gather requirements, and manage cross-functional teams while tracking metrics and reporting progress to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and spoken communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record delivering complex projects from initiation to closure.
• Experience with agile methodologies is a plus.
• Knowledge of quick commerce operations and logistics.
• 3+ years of data visualization and reporting tools experience.
• 3+ years cross-functional collaboration with tech and non-tech teams.
• 3+ years defining and implementing data-driven process improvements.
• 3+ years delivering end-to-end initiatives and communicating results to leadership.
• 3+ years driving process improvements and efficiencies.
• Experience in stakeholder management across multiple levels.
