Job summary

Q-Express Documents Transport in Dubai seeks a Logistics Executive to drive innovation and execution in our busy last mile network, providing on-ground support to Ops and Program teams and collaborating with stakeholders to maintain service quality.

Ideal candidate will manage end-to-end payments processes, raise POs, analyze large data across dashboards, and ensure payments are made on time per SLAs, with strong Excel skills and офice applications.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (speaking, writing and reading).
• Experience with data tools and dashboards for large datasets.
• Ability to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-ground support to Ops and Program teams for complex issues.
• Monitor and drive resolution of operational call-outs to minimize risk.
• Assist with end-to-end payments, PO raising and SLA compliance.
• Analyze data across tools and dashboards to gather insights.
