Job summary

Tanqeeb seeks an Auto CAD Preparator for Bur Dubai to support Electrical, Instrumentation and Telecom projects. You will work with cable tray drawings, schedules, equipment layouts and termination drawings to ensure accurate site execution.

Daily duties include maintaining construction and MC trackers, preparing ITRs and MC close-out documents, and planning MC activities using advanced Excel tools. Marine industry experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience with Electrical, Instrumentation and Telecom drawings and documents.
• Proficiency in Excel for project trackers and data analysis.
• Ability to read cable tray drawings, cable schedules and equipment layouts.

Responsibilities

• Maintain construction trackers and MC (Mechanical Completion) trackers.
• Prepare final ITRs and MC close-out documentation.
• Plan and track MC activities and monitor daily site progress.
• Daily updating of site constraints and progress records.

Job Title: Auto CAD Preparator Work Location - Bur Dubai

Candidate should have strong knowledge and experience in Electrical, Instrumentation, and Telecom works. He should be capable of understanding and working with the following documents:

• Cable tray drawings
• Cable schedules
• Equipment location layouts
• Typical equipment installation drawings
• Termination drawings
• Block diagrams

In addition, the candidate should be experienced in:

• Maintaining construction trackers
• Managing MC (Mechanical Completion) trackers
• Preparing final ITRs and MC close-out documentation
• Planning and tracking MC activities
• Skill in MS Excel is essential, as project trackers are maintained using advanced formulas, functions, and Pivot Tables.

The candidate should also play an active role in:

• Daily updating of site constraints
• Monitoring and recording daily progress
• Supporting MC planning and progress tracking

Preference will be given to candidates with marine industry experience and shipyard knowledge, which will be considered a significant advantage.
