Job summary

Mohd. Abdulmannan auto. Paints, Denting & Mech. in Sharjah seeks an experienced automotive mechanic to diagnose complex issues, perform maintenance, and restore vehicle functionality.

You will use diagnostic tools, keep detailed service records, and explain repair options to customers, while upholding safety and quality standards.

A high school diploma or technical certification, 3+ years of hands-on repair experience, and a UAE driving license are preferred; English is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification is a significant advantage.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on automotive repair experience.
• ASE certification or equivalent preferred.
• Proficient with diagnostic equipment and tools.
• Experience with European/Japanese/American brands or general.
• Valid UAE driving license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose complex mechanical issues using diagnostic tools to ensure accurate repairs.
• Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, brakes inspections.
• Repair and replace faulty components to restore vehicle functionality.
• Communicate repair options clearly to customers, with transparent service.
• Maintain accurate service records and ensure workshop safety standards.
• Adhere to safety protocols and quality standards in all tasks.

Job description

• Diagnose complex mechanical issues using advanced diagnostic tools and technology to ensure accurate repairs.

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections, to keep vehicles running smoothly.

• Repair and replace faulty components, such as engines, transmissions, and electrical systems, to restore vehicle functionality.

• Communicate effectively with customers to explain vehicle issues and repair options, providing transparent service.

• Diagnose and repair mechanical/electrical faults in vehicles

• Perform routine maintenance (oil changes, brakes, suspension, AC, etc.)

• Use diagnostic tools/software to identify issues

• Maintain accurate service records

• Ensure compliance with workshop safety standards

Desired Candidate Profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in automotive repair is a significant advantage.

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience in automotive repair and maintenance, showcasing a solid work history.

• ASE certification or equivalent is preferred, demonstrating a commitment to professional standards in the industry.

• Proficiency in using diagnostic equipment and tools specific to the automotive industry.

• Experience with European/Japanese/American brands, or general.

• Valid UAE driving license preferred

• Basic English communication; Hindi/Urdu a plus for team communication

• Salary & Benefits:
