Job summary

First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) is seeking a field sales professional in the UAE to promote Auto Loans and cross-sell FAB products within the assigned business territory against set targets. The role focuses on achieving sales goals, building a new customer base and maintaining strong customer relationships in a fast-paced banking environment.

The candidate should have 1–2 years of banking product sales experience and a bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma.
• 1 to 2 years’ experience in selling banking products or in a financial industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Banking or a related major field of study is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed Auto Loans sales targets to build new customer base for FAB.
• Promote Auto Loans and cross-sell FAB products in the assigned area.
• Build and maintain effective business relationships with customers.
• Assist in promotional activities, meetings and road shows to achieve budgeted sales volumes.
• Ensure submitted applications and documents are complete and error-free.
• Provide sales MIS/DSR to Team Leader regularly.
• Offer high level customer service while handling banking transactions and KYC checks.
