Job description

Report on time to Job Control at the start of the shift for job allocation and updates the supervisor upon completion for the next assignment.

Read and thoroughly understand the job card, ensuring clarity on customer complaints and job requirements.

Perform assigned tasks efficiently, adhering to company procedures to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

Double-check all completed work, especially safety-related areas, ensuring "Fix it Right the First Time" (F1) to prevent repeat jobs.

Regularly update the immediate supervisor on job progress and seeks approval for any additional findings before proceeding.

Inform the Team Leader of any issues affecting workflow, including equipment malfunctions, work interruptions, or delays due to parts unavailability.

Follow all safety rules, including proper dress code, use of safety gear, and correct handling of tools and equipment.

Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring proper placement of tools and vehicle parts for a safe working environment.

Use protective covers while working to prevent damage or stains on the customer's vehicle.

Report any valuables found inside the vehicle to the supervisor responsibly.

Ensure safekeeping and proper maintenance of issued tools.

Proactively enhance knowledge and skills by utilizing workshop resources, including ESMs and training materials.

Ensure adherence & compliance to policies, procedures, BMW QMA & ISO standards, Health & Safety requirements, ethical code of conduct & values.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications/Requirements/Experience -

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Vocational certificate in auto body repair, denting, or a related field preferred.
• Ability to follow schedules and manage time effectively.
• Knowledge of dent removal techniques.

Experience (Years of experience, Sector, Local /International) -

• At least 3-4 years of professional driving experience.
• Familiarity with body alignment and frame straightening techniques
