Job summary

Dubai Autism Center is seeking a Speech-Language Therapist (DHA-licensed) to deliver high-quality therapy to children and young adults with autism in our clinic. The ideal candidate is bilingual in Arabic and English and eager to learn, grow, and contribute to our mission of helping individuals reach their full potential.

The role involves assessments, individualized treatment plans, direct therapy, progress documentation, and family collaboration within a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Must hold DHA license or eligible letter.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology/Communication Sciences and Disorders.
• Up to 2 years of experience; fresh graduates eligible to apply.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and screenings to evaluate speech, language, and communication needs of individuals with ASD.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (IEPs) with a multidisciplinary team.
• Provide direct therapy using evidence-based practices.
• Monitor and document client progress and adjust strategies as needed.
• Work closely with families, providing guidance and support.
• Participate in team meetings, training, and professional development.
