Job summary

TalentsTide in Dubai seeks a Senior Speech Therapist 2 to join a government healthcare entity on a 1-year renewable contract. You will assess and treat speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders in children and adults, and collaborate with physicians, psychologists, and families.

The role requires a DHA license, a masters degree (or a bachelors with extensive experience), fluent Arabic, and strong English. You will guide junior therapists and maintain DHA-compliant records.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech and Language Pathology or related field with at least 5 years of clinical experience, OR a Bachelor's degree with at least 15 years of clinical experience.
• Active DHA license (required).
• Fluent Arabic (required), plus good English.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose and treat speech, language, voice, fluency and swallowing disorders in children and adults.
• Build and run individual treatment plans, then track progress against clear goals.
• Work with physicians, psychologists, occupational therapists and families on patient care.
• Keep accurate clinical records in line with DHA standards.
• Guide and support junior therapists when needed.
