Job summary

Top Notch Consultancy is seeking a Female Speech Therapist for a leading Dubai healthcare facility. The role supports assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of speech, language, and swallowing disorders in children and individuals, with a trainee path for fresh graduates and DHA-eligibility for experienced hires.

You will conduct assessments, create treatment plans, deliver interventions, document progress, and collaborate with the medical director and multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
• 0–2+ years experience; DHA eligibility for 2+ years candidates.
• Pediatric experience preferred, especially with developmental delays and ASD.
• Valid license/registration in home country preferred; strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Fluency in English and Arabic required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of speech, language, and swallowing abilities.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessments and client goals.
• Provide therapeutic interventions for speech, language, and swallowing difficulties.
• Collaborate with medical director and multidisciplinary team to implement care plans.
• Prepare assessment reports and provide regular updates to the medical director.
• Monitor and evaluate client progress; adjust plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, plans, and progress.
• Stay updated with latest research and best practices in speech therapy.
• Demonstrate cultural sensitivity and adapt therapy approaches accordingly.

Our client is a leading healthcare facility in Dubai, UAE, seeking a Female Speech Therapist to join their team. This position is open to both fresh graduates and experienced candidates (0–2+ years). Fresh graduates will join under a structured trainee pathway with clinical supervision, while experienced candidates must be eligible for DHA licensure.
