Job summary

Danube Group in Dubai seeks an Internal Audit Analyst to perform data analytics, identify anomalies, and prepare exception reports showing cost-saving opportunities. You will ensure policy compliance by process owners and verify statutory compliance including VAT and RERA, while maintaining robust audit documentation.

You will regularly verify bank reconciliations, compute incentives, and conduct 100% vendor payment pre-audits per the audit plan, reporting issues to management and taking

Responsibilities

Perform data analytics and present exception reports on cost savings identified by Internal Audit by spotting anomalies in processes.
Ensure compliance with company policies by process owners across the organization.
Verify applicable statutory compliances (VAT, RERA, etc.).
Maintain audit documentation to support audit findings.
Regularly verify bank reconciliations and report discrepancies immediately.
Verify monthly sales and broker incentives calculations.
Conduct 100% pre-audit of all vendor payments per the audit plan and report discrepancies to the manager.
Handle any additional tasks aligned with the portfolio.

Job description

Perform data analytics and present exception reports on the cost saving done by Internal audit department by finding anomalies in the current process
Responsible for compliance work to ensure company policies adhered by the process owners in the organization
Responsible for verification of statutory compliances (VAT, RERA etc.) applicable to an organization
Ensuring appropriate audit documentation in support of audit findings
Perform verification of bank reconciliation on regular basis and report any discrepancies on immediate basis
Verify calculation of sales incentive and broker incentive on monthly basis
Perform 100% pre-audit of all the vendor payments as per the audit plan. Report any discrepancies identified to the manager for immediate action
Any other assignment that may be assigned to you in line with your portfolio.
