Job summary

Danube Group in Dubai seeks an Internal Audit Analyst to perform data analytics, identify anomalies, and prepare exception reports showing cost-saving opportunities. You will ensure policy compliance by process owners and verify statutory compliance including VAT and RERA, while maintaining robust audit documentation.

You will regularly verify bank reconciliations, compute incentives, and conduct 100% vendor payment pre-audits per the audit plan, reporting issues to management and taking

Responsibilities

• Perform data analytics and present exception reports on cost savings identified by Internal Audit by spotting anomalies in processes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies by process owners across the organization.
• Verify applicable statutory compliances (VAT, RERA, etc.).
• Maintain audit documentation to support audit findings.
• Regularly verify bank reconciliations and report discrepancies immediately.
• Verify monthly sales and broker incentives calculations.
• Conduct 100% pre-audit of all vendor payments per the audit plan and report discrepancies to the manager.
• Handle any additional tasks aligned with the portfolio.
