You will handle registration, payments, and release of documents to buyers, ensuring a smooth auction experience. The role requires strong customer service skills, bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English, and 2–3 years of experience in high-volume environments.

Qualifications

• Customer service mindset with ability to stay positive in high-pressure situations.
• 2-3 years of experience in high-volume, in-person customer contact environment.
• Strong organizational skills and collaborative team approach.
• Proficient with computers, data entry, and learning new software.
• Mandatory proficiency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics for equipment delivery to Jebel Ali Free Zone site and buyers' destinations.
• Assist with ownership transfer paperwork and official documents to complete sales.
• Guide customers through auction registration and provide information for bidding.
• Coordinate and follow up on payments according to auction policies.
• Prepare invoices and release documents to buyers after payment.
• Ensure a positive customer experience for consignors and buyers.
• Maintain confidentiality in handling financial transactions and documents.
• Support internal teams and Territory Managers as needed.
• Resolve payment, delivery, or paperwork issues and track interactions.
• Be available for extended hours during auctions and preparation days.
• Perform other auction operation tasks as assigned by management.
