Job summary

Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking an Attendant to join the Resort’s Warehouse team in the UAE. The role involves receiving, inspecting, and storing goods, recording movements in the BirchStreet system, and preparing items for dispatch to outlets and locations.

Candidates should have 1–2 years in warehousing, a forklift license, and a UAE-friendly safety mindset. The position emphasizes accuracy in inventory control, safe operation of equipment, and adherence to health, safety, and hygiene

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
• Valid forklift license required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Vocational training in logistics or warehousing is a plus.
• Basic proficiency in inventory systems (WMS/ERP).
• Ability to lift and move heavy items safely.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Attention to detail and time management.
• Fluent in English; Arabic or other languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods and materials.
• Record all inventory movements using the BirchStreet system.
• Prepare items for dispatch based on requisitions from outlets and other locations.
• Assist in cycle counts and stock audits.
• Flag discrepancies and support reconciliation.
• Monitor and record chiller and freezer temperatures.
• Carry out periodic expiry date checks.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse zones.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and report any malfunctions.
• Ensure dispatch readiness as per requirements and handover to checkpoint.
• Assist in loading/unloading and staging of goods for transport.
• Communicate effectively with the Inventory Control team to ensure timely delivery.
• Adhere to UAE regulations and Wynn policies on safety, hygiene, and PPE.

About the Position:

Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking an Attendantto join theResort’s Warehouse team.

The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are:

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods and materials
• Record all inventory movements using the BirchStreet system
• Prepare items for dispatch based on requisitions from outlets and other locations
• Assist in cycle counts and stock audits

About You:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations, preferably within hospitality or a fast-moving, high-volume business.
• Valid forklift license required
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Vocational training in logistics or warehousing is a plus
• Basic proficiency in inventory systems (WMS/ERP)
• Ability to lift and move heavy items safely
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Attention to detail and time management
• Fluent in English; Arabic or other languages are an advantage
