The role requires punctuality, discretion, and a courteous manner in all guest interactions.

Responsibilities

• To follow and maintain all standards and procedures for Housekeeping service of guest rooms and suites
• Maintain and clean guest room suite corridor and pantries according to One amp Only Standards
• Make notes collect and action on any guest requests and preferences
• Ensure all interactions with guests are in a professional and polite manner
• Ensure proper use and care of equipment
• Ensure the Lost and Found procedures are always adhered
