Grow craft HR Consultancy Est. in Dubai is searching for Restaurant Supervisors to join a renowned international QSR chain operating across the UAE. The role targets individuals with solid team leadership experience and a customer-focused approach to maintain high service standards.

Based in the UAE, you will oversee front-of-house operations, monitor performance, report on outcomes, and support store managers while adhering to opening hours, including evenings, holidays, and weekends.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years' work experience as a Restaurant Team Leader or Supervisor in hospitality.
• Familiarity with restaurant management software.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Customer service orientation.
• Excellent communication and team management abilities.
• Willingness to work within opening hours ( evenings, holidays, weekends ).
• High school diploma; hospitality certification is a definite advantage.
• Candidates based in the UAE and available to start immediately.

Minimum requirements:

• Should have at least 2 years' workexperience as a Restaurant Team Leader or Supervisor in thehospitality industry, preferably in international QSR chain.
• Familiaritywith restaurant management software.
• Goodanalytical and reporting skills.
• Customerservice attitude
• Communicationand team management abilities

• Highschool diploma; additional certification in hospitality is a definite advantage.
