Job summary

Larsen & Toubro Limited in the United Arab Emirates invites an experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer to lead installation and supervision of PV mounting structures, trackers and related components on large solar projects.

You will coordinate with project managers and engineers, ensure HSE and QA/QC compliance, maintain documentation, and troubleshoot during commissioning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of mechanical engineering experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in large-scale Solar PV projects.
• Experience with PV mounting systems, trackers and related mechanical installations.
• Strong mechanical installation/design knowledge and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Install and supervise PV mounting structures, trackers and mechanical components.
• Conduct inspections and quality checks against project specifications.
• Coordinate with project managers, civil/electrical engineers, contractors, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with HSE and QA/QC requirements.
