About the Role

As a People & Culture Activator you will implement people and culture strategies aligned with LINKVIVA's vision. You will lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention and productivity while fostering a positive and inclusive corporate culture. This role involves collaborating with project managers to address HR needs, managing recruitment onboarding and training for the extended team (freelancers), and ensuring HR policies comply with legal requirements and best practices.

What Youll Do
  • Implement People Strategies: Execute people and culture strategies aligned with LINKVIVA's vision.
  • Enhance Employee Engagement: Lead initiatives to improve employee engagement, retention and productivity.
  • Promote Well-being & Inclusion: Champion initiatives for employee well-being, diversity and inclusion.
  • Ensure HR Compliance: Ensure HR policies comply with legal requirements and best practices.
  • Update HR Policies & Procedures: Regularly update employee handbooks and procedures as needed.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers: Work closely with project managers to address HR needs and align HR operations with project timelines.
  • Manage Recruitment & Onboarding: Oversee recruitment, onboarding and training for the extended team (freelancers).
  • Manage Workforce Planning: Ensure optimal resource use through effective workforce planning.
  • Foster a Positive Work Environment: Create a motivating project work environment that supports employee well-being and productivity.
  • Monitor HR Budgets: Oversee HR budgets for projects to ensure efficient resource use.
  • Align HR Operations with Projects: Integrate corporate HR policies with project-specific practices.
  • Liaise Between Teams: Act as a liaison between the in-house HR team and the extended team.
  • Manage Attendance & Timesheets: Oversee attendance and timesheets for extended team members.
  • Coordinate with Finance: Liaise between the extended team and finance for payments ensuring alignment with timesheets.

What You Need to Apply

Experience 3 years proven experience in people and culture roles within event production or similar industries.

Education Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration or a related field.

Knowledge Familiarity with HR software and tools.

Language Proficiency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
