Job summary

IFFCO Group in the United Arab Emirates is seeking an Associate Machine Operator to assist in operating filling lines for PET/HDPE bottles and tins. You will work with senior operators to ensure safe, efficient production and strict SOP adherence.

The role involves setup, monitoring, changeovers, quality checks, and record-keeping to meet production targets while maintaining a clean, safe workplace.

Job description

We are seeking a motivated Associate Machine Operator to assist in the operation of our filling lines for PET/HDPE bottles and tins. The ideal candidate will work closely with the machine operators to ensure the efficient and safe operation of filling, capping, labeling, case packing, and palletizing processes in accordance with defined Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

• Assist in the setup and operation of filling lines, including filling, capping, labeling, case packing, and palletizing of PET/HDPE bottles and tins
• Follow all SOPs to ensure consistency and quality in production processes.
• Monitor equipment during operation to identify and report any issues or malfunctions to senior operators or supervisors.
• Conduct routine inspections of products to ensure quality standards are met, including checking for leaks, labeling accuracy,Packaging material accuracy and correct capping.
• Assist in performing maintenance tasks and cleaning of machines as per maintenance schedules to ensure optimal operation.
• Help with the changeover of production lines for different product runs, including adjusting machine settings and replacing parts or tools as necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of production data, including quantities produced and any defects or downtime.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and timelines while ensuring a safe working environment.
• Participate in safety training and adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.

Work Experience Requirement

1-2 Years Experience to operate filling line in edible oil or beverage industry

Qualification

Diploma / ITI/ Other certificate from Technical school (Electrical/Mechanical)
