Job summary

Jobskey Search and Selection represents a reputed FMCG employer in Dubai seeking an experienced Filling and Labelling Machine Operator. You will run filling/labeling lines, perform basic maintenance, and ensure quality and accurate coding of products in a fast-paced beverage environment.

Ideal candidates hold a Diploma/ITI in mechanical engineering with at least one year of relevant experience, strong English skills, and comfort with production software.

Qualifications

• Diploma or ITI in Mechanical Engineering.
• 1+ year of experience operating filling and packing machines in beverages.
• Proficient in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Computer literacy for production-related software.
• Strong experience in equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Start-up and shut down production line machinery per manufacturer guidance.
• Perform basic maintenance to ensure proper machine functionality.
• Adhere to safety measures during operation and maintenance.
• Keep machine area clean and organized.
• Record material consumption, job requirements, breakdowns, and specs.
• Ensure product quality and accurate product coding.

Our client, a reputed FMCG manufacturing company based in Dubai, is looking to hire experienced Filling and Labelling Machine Operators. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating production line machinery and ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of filling and labelling processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Start-up and shut down production line machinery according to manufacturer recommendations
• Perform basic maintenance on the machines to ensure proper functionality
• Adhere to all safety measures during machine operation and maintenance
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the machine area
• Record raw material consumption, job requirements, breakdowns, and raw material specifications
• Ensure product quality and appearance meet company standards
• Ensure accurate coding of products

Qualifications:

• Diploma or ITI in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum of 1 year of experience operating filling and packing machines in the beverage industry
• Proficient in English (reading, writing, speaking)
• Computer literate with the ability to operate production-related software
