Job summary

Sperton UAE is seeking a hands-on packaging line operator to run fully automatic filling, capping and robotic packaging equipment. You will monitor line performance and respond to alarms to maintain smooth operation.

You will handle HMI panels, set recipes and batch parameters, perform timely format changeovers for different bottle sizes, ensure accurate filling and cap torque, and carry out basic mechanical/pneumatic troubleshooting, cleaning, lubrication and 5S.

Qualifications

Operate fully automatic filling, capping and robotic packaging lines.
Handle HMI panels, recipes, batch parameters, line speeds and alarms.
Perform format changeovers for different bottle/can/container sizes.
Monitor filling accuracy, cap torque and leak testing.
Routine cleaning, lubrication, 5S and basic maintenance.
Ensure continuous feeding of bottles, caps, labels and other packaging materials.
Basic mechanical/pneumatic troubleshooting and jam clearance.

Responsibilities
