The Associate Engineer – IT will support day-to-day IT operations, ensure stable and secure systems, and provide technical assistance to end users across the organization, while gaining hands‑on experience in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems via phone, email, or in person
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software components
• Assist with network setup, basic configurations, and connectivity issues
• Perform routine system maintenance and software updates
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and Active Directory tasks
• Monitor and ensure data security compliance and best practices
• Log, track, and update support tickets using the ticketing system
• Collaborate with senior engineers to implement ITIL-based processes
• Deliver excellent customer service and communicate technical information effectively to end users

Experience Required:

• 0-1 years of experience in IT support, technical support, or related role
• Experience with cloud services and virtualization technologies

Education Qualifications:

Skills Required:

• Strong technical support and troubleshooting skills for hardware and software
