• Qualified lawyer with 5 years PQE from a top-tier international law firm or Magic/Silver Circle practice;

• English fluency (written and verbal) essential.

Highly Valued:

• Experience in Middle East markets or willingness to relocate to the UAE;
• Arabic language skills (written and verbal);
• Specialist expertise in Banking & Finance Corporate/M&A Capital Markets Energy & Infrastructure or Dispute Resolution;
• Common law qualification (UK Australian New Zealand or U.S.) or admission to the bar in the UAE.
