Job summary

Dubai Holding Group Services is seeking an Associate Director for Financial Reporting to lead the end-to-end Record‑to‑Report function, ensuring accurate financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and governance across a multinational finance operation.

The role requires 8–10 years in finance, including 3+ years in leadership, Big 4 audit experience, and strong IFRS expertise. Oracle EPM/Fusion/ARCS/FCCS skills and advanced Excel are highly desirable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and professional qualification such as CA, CPA, ACCA, or ACA.
• 8–10 years in finance, audit, or financial reporting, incl. at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Minimum 5 years of Big 4 audit experience supporting multinational organizations.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, internal controls, compliance, and governance frameworks.
• Proven experience managing complex consolidations and large-scale finance operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes for timely, accurate reporting.
• Ensure IFRS compliance, regulatory requirements, and internal governance standards.
• Oversee general ledger management, reconciliations, controls, and reporting activities.
• Drive process standardization, automation, and continuous improvements across Record-to-Report.
• Partner with finance leadership, stakeholders, and auditors to deliver high-quality insights.
• Lead financial risk management and strengthen internal controls for compliance and integrity.
• Monitor KPIs and service levels to drive performance and value creation.
• Develop, mentor and lead a high-performing finance team with a customer-centric, innovative culture.

About You

The preferred candidate for this role should possess the following experience and credentials:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• Professional qualification such as CA, CPA, ACCA, or ACA.
• 8–10 years of experience in finance, audit, or financial reporting, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Minimum 5 years of Big 4 audit experience supporting multinational organizations.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, financial reporting, internal controls, compliance, and governance frameworks.
• Proven experience managing complex consolidations and large‑scale finance operations.
• Proficiency in Oracle EPM solutions, including Fusion, ARCS, and FCCS, with advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience within finance shared services environments is preferred.
• Experience within the Middle East region and the real estate sector is advantageous.
• Strong stakeholder management, leadership, communication, and relationship‑building skills.
