Job summary

Sccsinternational in Abu Dhabi is seeking an Associate Director to own end-to-end cost management delivery on major programmes and to act as the principal client interface. The role covers feasibility, cost planning, procurement strategy before contract, and post-contract administration including variance management, change control, and monthly cost reporting to the client.

Procurement responsibility spans pre-qualification to contract preparation, with value engineering and life-cycle costing;

Qualifications

• MRICS with at least 10 years post-qualification experience in cost or commercial management.
• Experience on major programmes and team leadership.
• Ability to provide contractual advice and drive the commercial agenda.

Responsibilities
