myZoi Financial Inclusion Technologies Ltd in Dubai is seeking a seasoned Compliance & Regulatory Risk Leader to strengthen CFCC governance and financial crime controls.

You will lead advisory on laws, implement training, and coordinate regulator engagements while guiding the business through evolving regulatory requirements in a fast-growing fintech environment.

Formación

• 5+ years of professional experience in compliance.
• Strong understanding of the financial services sector and digital environments.
• Hands-on experience in financial crime, compliance, and regulatory risk management.
• Ability to produce robust advice and unpack complex problem statements.
• Excellent business acumen regarding industry trends and regulatory considerations.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Chief Compliance Officer in implementing and maintaining the regulatory compliance and governance framework.
• Develop and maintain compliance processes, tools, systems, and frameworks to manage CFCC risks.
• Coordinate regulatory engagement activities and handle information requests from regulators.
• Assist with licensing requirements, regulatory examinations, and reporting obligations.
• Provide guidance to the business on applicable laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Execute the Compliance risk framework as an independent second-line risk control function.
• Implement and conduct regular CFCC training programs for staff.
• Escalate compliance and conduct breaches and ensure effective remediation.
• Draft and maintain CFCC policies, standards, and operating instructions.
