Job summary

myZoi Financial Inclusion Technologies Ltd in Dubai seeks an experienced leader to oversee the financial crime compliance governance framework. You will provide second-line oversight, drive policy improvements, and manage regulatory interactions, including the CBUAE, while delivering CFCC training.

The role requires six+ years in financial crime or regulatory risk, with strong UAE AML/CFT knowledge and familiarity with fintech business models. CAMS/ICA preferred.

Qualifications

• Six+ years in financial crime, compliance, or regulatory risk.
• Experience in policy governance, compliance monitoring, and testing.
• Strong knowledge of UAE AML, CFT, CPF, and sanctions requirements.
• Experience managing regulatory examinations, audits, and independent assessments.
• Knowledge of fintech and payments business models.
• Professional certification such as CAMS or ICA preferred.

• Drive continuous improvement of FCC policy and standards framework
• Prepare and maintain the Annual Compliance Monitoring and Testing Plan
• Act as a trusted adviser to the business on applicable financial crime laws and regulations
• Manage regulatory and external liaison, including relationships with the CBUAE
• Design and deliver regular CFCC training on regulatory developments and policies
• Monitor the performance of controls and processes including CDD/EDD, sanctions screening, and transaction monitoring

Requirements

• At least six years of hands-on experience in financial crime, compliance, or regulatory risk
• Experience in policy governance, compliance monitoring, and testing
• Strong knowledge of UAE AML, CFT, CPF, and sanctions requirements
• Experience managing regulatory examinations, audits, and independent assessments
