Amazon Middle East and North Africa FZ-LLC is seeking an Associate Corporate Counsel for Quick Commerce & Real Estate to support rapid expansion of the quick commerce network across the Middle East, North Africa, Turkey, and South Africa. You will negotiate leases, service agreements, and development contracts while coordinating with cross-functional teams to enable fast-scale launches.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of post bar admission legal experience
• Experience in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial contracts
• Experience in real estate, construction, or related transactional practice
• Speak, write, and read fluently in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead legal support for Amazon's quick commerce site expansion — negotiating and drafting leases and third party services agreements for dark stores, micro-fulfillment sites and ultra-fast delivery hubs across the region.
• Manage rapid, high-volume site acquisition pipelines with compressed timelines, non-standard structures and evolving business requirements.
• Negotiate and draft broader real estate agreements including leases, build-to-suit agreements, development agreements and purchase contracts for logistics and operational facilities.
• Advise on construction and fit-out contracts, project management agreements and enabling works packages.
• Support compliance with local real estate, planning and construction regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
• Advise on site compliance matters related to operational readiness for new launches.
• Manage landlord disputes, lease terminations and enforcement matters, coordinating with local counsel across the region.
