Amazon is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Associate Corporate Counsel to join our legal team. You will play a key role in supporting our rapidly growing Quick Commerce business and Real Estate initiatives across the Middle East, North Africa, Turkey and South Africa, MENA, Turkey and South Africa. This is an exciting opportunity to work on complex cutting‑edge legal matters in a dynamic and fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic legal advice and support to business teams on a wide range of matters related to quick commerce, logistics, dark store operations and retail real estate.
• Draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts, including but not limited to leases, service agreements, construction contracts and partnership agreements.
• Advise on legal and regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions within the MENA, Turkey and South Africa regions.
• Manage and resolve legal disputes and claims.
• Conduct legal research and analysis on complex legal issues.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders including business development, operations, finance and other legal teams.
• Stay abreast of legal and regulatory developments affecting the company s business in the relevant regions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of post‑bar admission legal experience.
• Experience in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial contracts.
• Experience in real estate, construction, or related transactional practice.
• Speak, write, and read fluently in English.
• Experience of a mix of corporate law firm and in‑house work.
• Experience working across multiple jurisdictions in the Middle East, North Africa, Turkey or South Africa.
• Experience in quick commerce, logistics, dark store or retail real estate.
